Most of the massively multiplayer online games are slowly turning into social networks, offering their players a chance to make more friends, talk with different people from all over the world and have fun at the same time. The most important thing is that this trend can be associated with any type of MMO, including sports titles.
This will be proved by the most recent game from Elephant Entertainment and Sleepy Giant – Goal Or No Goal (GONG!), a soccer simulation that comes with a pretty neat 3 vs 3 multiplayer format. The game also has a few adventure elements for those who wish to do even more than play soccer matches and socialize with new friends.

The full version is expected to become available online in September, while a classic retail edition is scheduled to hit the market in December, together with some extra content.
Using a 3D anime style of animation, GONG! promises to be an easy-to-play, family-friendly game with an online community that has a built-in Friends List and mail system for easier communication, as well as areas that allow players to show off their in-game achievements. GONG! also promises to take customization to the next level with hundreds of clothes and accessories, as well as more than 100 unique skills players can use to set their style of play. With a host of secret areas, passageways and unexpected surprises, GONG! adds in an exciting adventure component that includes quick daily quests for those who want to play during a short break.
